Brilliant Gym Instructor
I attended Castlemilk sports centre for my Gym induction and have to say it was fantastic. The Gym Instructor (Lee) was excellent he nows his stuff and explained everything in depth he is not to bad on the eye either. He showed me round the Gym then demostated the machines one by one then asked me to demonstrate them. I must admit i went in thinking oh another boring Gym induction because i have been attending Gyms for years but Lee made it fun and even taught me somethings that i already didn't Know. All in all it was a great experience and if you are going to attend the centre be sure and ask for the Gym instuctor Lee you wont be dissapointed.
